What the company does
Shiopan Maison Ltd designs and builds timber frame houses. It supplies frame kits erected to a weathertight shell and builds complete turnkey homes, to its own standard designs or to the customer's plans, for private clients in Birmingham and within about 60 miles of the city.

Most of our projects are in Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield, Tamworth and Walsall, and frame kits are delivered across the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire and Shropshire.
Prices and payments
Prices on the website are starting prices. Every build is priced in a written quote, and payments are taken in stages by bank transfer to the company account in the name of Shiopan Maison Ltd, never in cash.
Insurance and warranty
Public liability and contract works insurance are held for every site, and copies of the certificates are given with each building contract. Turnkey houses are covered by a 10 year structural warranty from an independent insurer.
